I moved to San Diego in August 1999 to study Business Administration at USD. Please have a look at my
Photo Collection  (Update 24 Nov 99)
including snapshots from International-Students meetings, O-Week and other sites in San Diego and California.

I was born in Langenfeld/Germany in 1975. I went to school in Leverkusen, a town which is famous for the Bayer- group (when did you take your last Aspirin?) and left Marienschule with A-level in 1994. Following that I worked for Caritas to meet the obligatory social service requirements. In 1995 I joined Deutsche Bank in Leverkusen/Cologne for a 2-year trainee programm, learning the fundamental knowledge of a banker. In 1997 I then moved to Frankfurt to study business/banking at HfB and to work for Deutsche Bank headquarters. For two years I have been working in Equity Research department, co-covering German banking stocks. All bankers at HfB spend the 5th semester abroad - and where would you go? San Diego! Since we also have to work as occupational trainees during our stay abroad I decided to go to Sydney/Australia to work for Deutsche Bank Ltd. until March 2000. Afterwards I will return to Frankfurt/Germany.
